Region 9 Spring Assembly  May 18th

The Region 9 Spring Assembly will take place on May 18th, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (UK time). This important gathering will be an opportunity to connect, learn, and collaborate with fellow members as they discuss key updates, initiatives, and future plans for Region 9. The Virtual Region Assembly 1 – 2025
May 31 – June 1, 2025.  

• Motions Deadline: April 1, 2025.  Please use the motions form to submit motions. Motions may be submitted by Intergroups, Service Boards, Virtual Region Committees, and the Virtual Region Board. If you are interested in joining the assembly support team email: Secretary@oavirtualregion,org

Registration Opens: April 1, 2025 Guests are welcome.

• Voting representatives must follow registration guidelines.
• Assembly Virtual Region Committee & Open Board Meetings: May 31, 2025
• Voting Assembly: June 1, 2025
• Committee members, representatives, those interested in service, and member guests are welcome.
